At Tech Help 4 Seniors our goal is to fix your problem or if requested, help you or your loved one become more comfortable and confident with today’s technology.

Some of the many skills we assist with include:

Signing up for Social Media to share life events, videos and pictures
Video chat to connect with family and friends (zoom, skype, facetime)
Set up online bill pay so you never have to remember to pay a bill
Learn about scams and how to avoid them
Help speed up slow computers/scan for viruses and malware
Add a router/network/repeater/access point for faster internet speeds
Set up Netflix and other streaming services
Help with purchase and set-up of a new computer or other devices
Connect an external hard drive and back up important information
Build a website
Assess needs, suggest solutions and help with implementation

Learning technology not only helps with keeping current in this ever increasing technological world but it can help with loneliness, stimulate the brain, reduce stress, provide entertainment, and lead to an overall sense of security and well-being.

Ty serves Marin county and South Lake Tahoe and is happy to help over the phone or zoom if she is not in your area.
